In order to further improve the technical system of sewage permits, recently, China Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued
the "Technical specification for application and issuance of pollutant permit Rubber and plastic products industry" (HJ1122-2020),
and the "Technical specification for application and issuance of pollutant permit footwear manufacturing industry" "Shoemaking Industry" (HJ1123-2020)
and other five technical specifications, comprehensively promote the reform of the sewage permit system.
