NB-1 TPE Damping Cell Rubber for impact absorbent and
vibration reduction
NB-1 is a impact absorbent pellets containing abilities for
absorbing vibration and high energy impact. It can be mix
with varies types of plastic rubber mixture or apply into all
types of thermoplastic rubber and synthetic resin for
absorbing impact, reduce and lowering vibration.
1. NB-1 foam sheet test G-Value = 6.5, energy return = 16% (SATRA TM142:1992 @25℃)
2. Hardness of NB-1-added foam products do not increase much under low temperature environment. Performs excellent impact absorption ability at temperature around 0 to 10°C.
3. NB-1-added foam products provides great recovery rate (compression set) after suffering high energy impact.
4. NB-1 is able to intake more fillers while retaining it’s excellent impact absorption and vibration absorption ability.
5. In order to achieve full properties of our TPE modifier, adding a small portion of our VG-301 additive is recommended.
